(First Published December 6, 2015) ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 2016-03 FOR LIBRARY BUILDING CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES Proposals will be accepted by the City of Joplin - Department of Planning, Community Development and Neighborhood Services, at 602 S. Main Street, 4th Floor, Joplin, MO 64801 until 2 pm, CST, on December 30, 2015. Packets must be clearly marked for the "Joplin Public Library Construction Inspection Services #2016-RFQ-03, Attn: Tony Robyn." Email packets will not be accepted. Notice to Respondents The City of Joplin ("the City"), Missouri has received funds from the Economic Development Administration Disaster Assistance Program for the development of an approximately 58,000 sq ft public library facility on an 6 acre site to include parking, trail and sidewalk development, lighting, landscape and street enhancements, site utilities, outdoor amenities, and onsite stormwater management. The City is seeking building construction inspection and verification services.
