Request for Proposals for Engineering Services Public Notice The City of Commerce recently received a Contract award from the Texas Department of Transportation for sidewalk improvements. Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified engineering firm registered to practice in the State of Texas to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections.
