INVITATION FOR BIDS Plattsburgh Housing Authority will accept bids for the sale of the following: 1994 FORD 545D TRACTOR LOADER WITH CAB 1734 HRS, Diesel, 4WD, 66 Horsepower, 83" Bucket width Minimum Bid - $9,000 Bid sheet must be submitted in sealed envelope marked "Loader" and received at PHA, 4817 South Catherine Street, Plattsburgh NY by 2 p.m. on December 21. At that time all bids will be opened and read aloud. PHA reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
