Russell f/k/a Linda Shearer a/k/a Linda S. Shearer, individually, and as Trustee of the Linda S. Davis Revocable Trust dated July 2, 2013; Jon Scott Russell; Jason Sanderson; Shannon Sanderson a/k/a Jane Doe, wife of Jason Sanderson; and Earl T. Ryan NOTICE is given that on the 5th day of August, 2015, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in Room 200, Cleveland County Office Building, 201 S. Jones, Norman, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all of that certain real estate in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Lot Twelve (12), in Block Eight (8), of Sleepy Hollow Hills 2nd Addition, Phase II, a subdivision of Oklahoma City, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, with an address commonly known as 9608 Shady Court, Newalla, Oklahoma, And including 2000 Fleetwood Mobile Home (Serial Number TXFLY12A36460EG12) subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, said property having been duly appraised at $19,000. Sale will be made pursuant to Execution and Order of Sale issued in accordance with a judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2014-1130-TS, entitled Advantage Bank, Plaintiff v. Linda S. Davis f/k/a Linda Russell a/k/a Linda S. Russell f/k/a Linda Shearer a/k/a Linda S. Shearer, a single person, et al., Defendants, to satisfy said judgment and lien. As a condition of sale, any successful bidder other than the Plaintiff shall also be responsible for payment of any poundage assessed by the Court Clerk for handling the cash proceeds of sale. The balance, if any, to be paid to the Clerk of this Court to await the further Order of the Court. The name of any person whose actual address is unknown who has an interest in said property to be sold whose interest is sought to be extinguished and the name of any person whose unknown successors are being notified is: None.
