(Published in The Norman Transcript December 20, 27, 2015, 2t) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CLEVELAND COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF GERONIMO EDELMIRO HERNANDEZ, Deceased. Case No. P-B-2015-342 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO: All Persons Interested in the Estate of Geronimo Edelmiro Hernandez YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 16 day of December, 2015, the Petitioner, Mario Hernandez, c/o Durbin, Larimore & Bialick, 920 North Harvey, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County a Petition for Summary Administration and for Appointment of Special Administrator. The Petitioner has alleged that Geronimo Edelmiro Hernandez died on June 16, 2015, domiciled in and residing in Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and that the total value of the Decedents property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00. The Petitioner has further alleged that the Decedent died without a will and that this matter should therefore proceed as a summary administration under 58 O.S. § 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Geronimo Edelmiro Hernandez, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, Mario Hernandez, c/o Jennifer K. Christian, Durbin, Larimore & Bialick, 920 North Harvey, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, on or before the 22 day of January, 2016, or same will be forever barred. Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 22 day of February, 2016, at 8:30 a.m., at the Cleveland County Courthouse, 200 S. Peters, Norman, Oklahoma, before Judge Bonner. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution of the Petition. The Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution will be filed herein on or before the 10th day of February, 2016. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution at least ten days before the hearing and send a copy to the petitioners attorney, Jennifer K. Christian, of Durbin, Larimore & Bialick, P.C., 920 N. Harvey, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court. If an objection is filed at least ten days before the hearing, the Court will determine whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed. s/ Jennifer K.
