The property in question is situate westerly of West Hill Road, in the Town of Morris, County of Otsego, and State of New York, and currently is identified on the Otsego County Real Property Tax Map as the ten acre northerly half of parcel No. 252.00-2-9.00, being the "10 acres sold to Joseph Hopkins" as recited in deed from Sarah E. Brewer and Francis E. Brewer to William J. Woodland by deed dated 10 July 1912 and recorded on 2 August 1912 in the Office of the Otsego County Clerk at Liber 282 of Deeds page 485; and also a 5-3/4 acre parcel of land set forth in deed from William F. Ward and Nancy J. Ward to William J. Woodlands dated 11 May 1918 and recorded in Liber 302 of Deeds page 264 in the Office of the Otsego County Clerk, which descriptions are incorporated herein by reference.
