INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by Cash Special Utility District for the Union Valley Subdivision Water Line Phase 2 at the office of Cash Special Utility District, FM 1564 - East off of Hwy. 34, P. O. Box 8129 Greenville, TX 75404 until January 21, 2016 at 2:15 p.m. and then publicly opened and read aloud. Project will include, but not limited to the following: * 2,258 lf of 6-inch PVC SDR 26 Class 160 Water Line with locator Wire Bid Security, Performance and Payment Bonds shall be as set forth in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS. Plans, Specifications and Bidding Documents may be obtained from the office of the Engineer: Velvin & Weeks Consulting Engineers, Inc. 930 East Corsicana Street P. O. Box 1007 Athens, Texas 75751 for the cost of $100.00 per set (non-refundable) for a hard copy and electronic copies are at no charge. The Cash Special Utility District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening date.
