Notice to bidders The Fairview Public Library located at 43 Walnut Street, Margaretville, Delaware County, New York is seeking sealed bids for the construction of access improvements for the library. The project will consist of a new entryway between two existing structures of the library to include a new stair and an ADA compliant handicap-accessible ramp with radiant heat and to include a touch-entry system. The creation of the new entryway will also require the modification and renovation of adjacent structures and new construction of interior space for improved access and repurposing of some interior space. Bid specifications can be obtained at the circulation desk of the Fairview library at this time. Questions regarding the project and bid specifications should be directed to the Project Manager, Dean Hunter by calling 845 586 4330. Bids are to be received at the circulation desk of the Fairview Public Library located at 43 Walnut Street, Margaretville, NY 12455 no later than 12 noon on the 8th of July 2015. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Fairview Public Library Board of Trustees on the 9th of July 2015 at 43 Walnut Street, Margaretville, NY 12455. The successful bid will be announced at the Fairview Public Library, located at 43 Walnut street, Margaretville, NY 12455 no later than July 17, 2015. The Fairview Public Library reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
