LEGAL NOTICE FitWiz Gear, LLC (the "LLC") filed Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State ("SOS") on December 14, 2015. The office of the LLC shall be located at 3954 N. Freeman Road, Orchard Park in Erie County, New York. The SOS has been designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served and SOS shall mail a copy of any process served upon him or her to Stamm Law Firm, 1127 Wehrle Drive, Suite 100, Williamsville, NY 14221.
