PUBLIC NOTICE The Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Weatherford, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on the application of Caliber Collision, regarding a Zoning District Change Request to allow a change from Planned Development, PD, to Commercial, C1 with a CUP for auto rental, for property located at the SW corner of Alford and S Main Street, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas, and legally described as follows: BEING A 2.00 ACRE TRACT OF LAND SITUATED IN THE A. A second public hearing on this request has been tentatively scheduled before the City Council on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 303 Palo Pinto Street. All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Weatherford City Hall is wheelchair accessible and special parking is available on the south side of the building. If special accommodations are required please contact the City Secretary at 817-598-4202 a minimum of 24 hours in advance. A copy of staff’s report is available for public inspection during normal office hours of the offices of Planning & Development, 119 Palo Pinto Street, forty-eight (48) hours prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board.
