NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The City of Commerce Building Standards Commission will hold a Public Hearing on January 21, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. at 1119 Alamo, Commerce, Texas for the abatement of dilapidated substandard structures. Violations are located at: Orig. Town of Commerce Addition Block 23 Lot 3, commonly known as 1507 Caddo; Orig. Town of Commerce Addition Block 64 Lot 16B, commonly known as 1913 Pecan; Orig. Town of Commerce Addition Block 58 Lot 1-2, commonly known as 701 Spruce Space #1; Orig. Town of Commerce Addition Block 83 Lot 6, commonly known as 2010 Mangum; Orig. Town of Commerce Addition Block 46 Lot 4A, commonly known as 1604 Division, Orig. Town of Commerce Addition Block 61 Lot 25, 26, 28 and 29, commonly known as 1510 Washington; and Orig. Town of Commerce Addition Block 2 Lot 10 PT of 9 all inside the Commerce City limits. Property owners: Antonio Gonzalez, Celebrate The Children INC., David E Peterson and David E Peterson Jr., Glenda Erwin, George Taylor, Terry Walpole, Tawana Riddle, Larry Webb, Andréa Warren and Andrew Miller and all lien holders, Hunt County Tax Collector, CitiFinancial Auto, River Chase Capital LLC., and Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville have been sent notifications of City ordinance violations and notice of the public hearing.
