NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting an Order establishing 640-acre horizontal well drilling and spacing units for the Mississippian common source of supply underlying Section 36, Township 20 North, Range 19 West, Woodward and Dewey Counties, Oklahoma. Notice is further given that Applicant may request the Order be made effective a date prior to the Order being signed. IT IS ORDERED that this Cause be referred to an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
