SCHWANDT, Deceased, and also filed in this Court his Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereto to KEITH WAYNE SCHWANDT, the alternate Personal Representative named in said Will, and that Letters of Administration issue thereto to KEITH WAYNE SCHWANDT in regard to ANITA R. SCHWANDT, Deceased, and that the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedents be determined.
