(Published in The Norman Transcript January 9, 2016, 1t) Public Notice The Noble Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 25, 2016 to consider an application from Vance-1 Limited Partnership to rezone a 4.33 acre tract of land at 1001 N. Main St. (see legal below) from Restricted Commercial (C-1) to General Commercial (C-4). The City Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 PM on Monday, February 1, 2016 to determine the applications final approval. The public hearing will be held at Noble City Hall at 304 S.
