Shell produced and filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Ruby Nell Hornbuckle, deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to the said Linda H. Shell appointing her as Personal Representative of said estate to serve without bond, and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of decedent. Pursuant to an Order of this Court, the Petition will be heard before the undersigned Judge of the District Court in this Judges District Courtroom, at the Cleveland County Courthouse at 200 S.
