BIDDING AND CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS INVITATION TO BIDDING Sealed bids for street repair for the Town of Loma Linda, MO, will be received by the Town of Loma Linda until 12:00 noon, February 1, 2016, and them publicly opened and read aloud at the Loma Linda Town Office. The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of street repair and paving. Description of the work and other contract requirements are on file at the Loma Linda Town Office, located at 5000 Butterfield Drive, Loma Linda, MO 64804. Site visitations may be arranged by calling 483-7553 or 850-1716. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or to reject any or all bids and to re-advertise and to re-bid. Bids shall include specifications of materials used, clear explanation of all work to be performed, detail any exceptions to the scope of work, separate the bid per the scope of work, and completion date. Bids may be submitted to the Town of Loma Linda, MO - 5000 Butterfield Drive - Loma Linda, MO 64804, Attention: Street Committee, no later than 12:00 noon on February 1, 2016.
