(First Published January 26, 2015) REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL A/E SERVICES For Construction of the Shawnee Tribe Heritage Center The Shawnee Tribe is now issuing a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for Architect / Engineering services for construction of the Shawnee Tribe Heritage Center and its setting in Miami, Oklahoma. The Shawnee Tribe will accept responses until 4:00 pm central daylight time on 26 February 2016 at the Shawnee Tribal offices at 29 South Highway 69A, Miami, Oklahoma, from qualified A/E firms only. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: firm experience/qualifications (20 pts.); assigned project staff experience/qualifications (20 pts.); timeliness of proposed schedule (20 pts.); completeness of proposals&responsiveness to the Tribe's needs as expressed in the RFQ packet (20 pts.); proof of firm's Indian ownership (20 pts.). Chief Ron Sparkman, Second Chief Ben Barnes and Council member Eric Wensman will approve the final selection of the firm.
