PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Section 360-64 of the Code of Public Laws of Allegany County, Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Allegany County will be accepting testimony on a Text Amendment at a public hearing on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. County staff requests that text be amended in LaVale Zoning Part III B, regulating Business Signs, adding §J, as follows: J. On-site Business signs may be constructed up to 50 in height in the CA, CB and CC zoning districts, if located within 2000 of the centerlines of the east and westbound drive lanes of I-68. The hearing will take place in Room 100 of the County Office Building, located at 701 Kelly Road, Cumberland MD.
