THE STATE OF ALABAMA LIMESTONE COUNTY, PROBATE COURT IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF AGNES REECE, DECEASED ORDER SETTING HEARING FOR PROBATE OF LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT The petition for the Probate of the Last Will and Testament of Agnes Reece being presented to the Court, and after consideration of said petition the Court makes and enters the following. It is, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that this matter be set for hearing on the 16th day of July, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. It is, further, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Timothy Reece, whose whereabouts are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained Scott, be served with a copy of this Order via publication in the News Courier, a newspaper of general circulation in Limestone County, Alabama, once a week for three successive weeks.
