(First Published February 1, 2016) Joplin Schools will accept sealed bids for the Washington Education Center property at 1112 East 2nd Street in Joplin, in "as is" condition, until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 16. The minimum acceptable bid will be $117,600. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check made payable to Joplin Schools as earnest money toward the purchase, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid.
