ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids addressed to Mr. Michael Kovacs, City Manager, City of Fate, Texas for the construction of the new Fate City Hall in accordance with plans, specifications, and contract documents prepared by RON HOBBS ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR DESIGN, LLP, will be received at the office of the Citys Construction Manager, LEMCO Construction Services until 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. The Contractor shall identify his bid on the outside of the envelope by writing the name of his company or corporation and the name of the project. Plans, specifications, and other bidding documents may be secured from the office of LEMCO Construction Services at 14131 Midway Road, Ste. 660, Addison, Texas.
