SAUTER, Plaintiffs, NOTICE OF SALE vs. Index No:. 2015-0102 RJI No.: 2015-0189 VALERIE ANNE FULLER, STATE OF NEW Judge Assigned: YORK, NEW YORK STATE COMMISSIONER OF Hon. Brian D. Burns TAXATION AND FINANCE, and AURELIA OSBORN FOX MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, Defendants. In pursuance of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, entered in the above entitled action and bearing the date of December 17, 2015, I,the undersigned, the Referee in the said Judgment named, will sell at public auction at the Front Courthouse Steps, Otsego County Courthouse, Village of Cooperstown, State of New York, on March 2, 2016 at 12:00 p.m., subject to covenants, restrictions and easements of record, subject to such state of facts that an accurate survey may disclose, and subject to any unpaid real property taxes, assessment and sewer and water fees, the premises directed by said Judgment to be sold therein, known as 3 Ivy Court, Oneonta, New York 13820, and described as follows: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the City of Oneonta, County of Otsego and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the westerly bounds of Gile Avenue at an iron pin one hundred eighty (180) feet northerly from the intersection of the northerly bounds of Center Street and the westerly bounds of Gile Avenue and running thence westerly and parallel to the northerly bounds of Center Street one hundred eighteen (118) feet, more or less, to an iron pin in the westerly bounds of lands formerly owned by Frank Duel; thence northerly fifty (50) feet, more or less, along the westerly bounds of lands formerly owned by said Frank Duel to an iron pin; thence easterly to an iron pin set in the westerly bounds of Gile Avenue; thence southerly along the westerly bounds of Gile Avenue fifty feet to the place of beginning. That Gile Avenue, hereinbefore mentioned, is now known as Ivy Court. Being the same premises conveyed to Valerie Ann Fuller by Warranty Deed from Paul F. Sauter and Ann E.
