(First Published February 7, 2016) The City of Webb City is seeking bids for street improvement work on Fountain Road at the intersection of North Madison Road in Webb City. Separate sealed bids for "Fountain Road Improvement Project" will be accepted by City Clerk at: City of Webb City, 200 S. Main, Webb City, MO 64870, until 10:00 A.M. CST, Feb. 29th, 2016, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained at the offices of Olsson Associates at 714 S. Main, Joplin MO. Cost is $50.00 per set. Owner reserves right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Please note the project is Federally funded.
