NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT TO CREATE AND DESIGNATE A MCANEAR CREEK AREA REVITALIZATION DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN THE CITY OF CLEBURNE A public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Cleburne at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, in the City Council Chambers at Cleburne City Hall, located at 10 North Robinson, Cleburne, Texas 76031, to receive public input on a proposal to create a McAnear Creek Area Revitalization Development Plan for certain property located within the City of Cleburne. The Revitalization zone is bordered by Woodard Avenue, Granbury Street, West Henderson Street and McAnear Creek in the City of Cleburne, Johnson County, Texas At the hearing, interested persons are entitled to speak and present evidence for or against the designation.
