PUBLIC NOTICE The Board of Adjustment and Building and Standards Commission will meet on Thursday, Feb. 18th, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the City Hall Annex, 115 SW 1st Street, Mineral Wells, Texas to discuss the following: Public Hearing: BOA CASE 2015-26 Applicants, Kathy Zibilich, and Griffin Harris PLLC, representing Verizon Wireless, and property owner, Bill Terry, are requesting (a) A Special Exception in order to install a lattice tower as defined by Section 6-10 of the City of Mineral Wells Zoning Ordinance in a nonresidential district, being a WP-A zoned district, located at 250 A Van Story Road, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto, and Parker County, Texas. (b) A Special Exception in accordance with Section 6-10, Subsection E. 3. (b) of the City of Mineral Wells Zoning Ordinance, in order to construct a lattice tower as defined in Section 6-10, at a height of 195 feet centerline, on the property located at 250 A Van Story Road, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto, and Parker County, Texas.
