BEFORE THE CORPORATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA APPLICANT: TAPSTONE ENERGY, LLC RELIEF SOUGHT: HORIZONTAL SPACING Cause CD No.201600527 LEGAL SECTION 15 DESCRIPTION: TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH RANGE 20 WEST OF THE IM WOODWARD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA NOTICE OF HEARING STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Woodward County, Oklahoma, more particularly the parties set out on the Exhibit “A” attached to the application on file in this cause, and, if any of the named individuals be deceased, then the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such deceased individual; if any of the named entities is dissolved partnership, corporation or other association, then the unknown successors, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such dissolved entity; if any of the named parties designated as a trustee is not presently acting in such capacity as trustee, then the unknown successor or successors to such trustee; if any of the named parties designated as an attorney-in-fact is not presently acting in such capacity as attorney-in-fact, then the unknown successor or successors to such attorney-in-fact; and if any of the named entities are corporations which do not continue to have legal existence, then unknown trustees or assigns of such parties. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant, Tapstone Energy, LLC, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation to enter an order, as follows: (i) Establishing the initial boundaries of the Mississippian common source of supply so as to cover and include Section 15, Township 20 North, Range 20 West of the IM, Woodward County, Oklahoma, which section should be formed as a horizontal 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for such formation underlying such section, with the permitted well for the unit to be located not less than 660 feet from the unit boundaries; and (ii) granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Chester common source of supply is spaced as a 640-acre unit covering said Section 15 by Order No. 149344. The Mississippi common source of supply is spaced as a 640-acre unit covering said Section 15 by Order No. 70080. There is no existing production in said drilling and spacing units. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be referred to an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Merits Docket at the Corporation Commission, First Floor, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 1st day of March 2016, and that this notice will be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use.
