NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Time Warner Cable and the Village of Cherry Valley. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Cherry Valley will hold a Public Hearing on 2/15/16, at 7 p.m. At the Village Clerk's Office 2 Genesee St., Cherry Valley, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise by and between the City/Town/Village of Cherry Valley and Time Warner Cable. A copy of the agreement is available for inspection during normal business hours at the Village Clerk's office, 2 Genesee St., Cherry Valley, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
