YOU ARE hereby entitled notified that the State of Oklahoma has seized and intends to forfeit the TWO THOUSAND FORTY-DOLLARS ($2,400.00) U.S. CURRENCY which was on or about the 29th day of January, 2015, in Craig County, State of Oklahoma, acquired and used by KELLY CLAY STAFFORD when he committed the crimes of: COUNT 1: DISTRIBUTE CDS WITHIN 2000FT PARK/ SCHOOL ~ 63 O.S. § 2-401(F), a FELONY COUNT 2: POSSESS FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF A FELONY ~ 21 O.S. § 1287, a FELONY COUNT 3: UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ~ 63 O.S. § 2-405, a MISDEMEANOR.
