By virtue of the power and authority contained in a Deed of Trust from HEATHER COSNER, dated July 11, 2013, and recorded in Liber 1986 at Page 396 among the land records of the COUNTY OF ALLEGANY, in the original principal amount of $74,489.00. TERMS OF SALE: A deposit of 10% of the sale price, cash or certified funds shall be required at the time of sale.
