LORENZETTI, 518 Upper Green St., Otego, NY 13825 BASSETT MEDICAL CENTER, One Atwell Road, Cooperstown, NY 13226 Defendants, Pursuant to Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, duly entered on February 3, 2016, I, Michael A. West, Esq., the Referee named in said Judgment, will sell as one parcel at public auction on March 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the front steps of the Otsego County Courthouse, Cooperstown, New York, the premises described as follows: "ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Otsego, County of Otsego, New York, described in a deed sated the 5th day of July, 1948 from Clark G. Jester and Loretta M. Jerster, his wife, to George B. Ray, and described as follows: Bounded easterly by lands known as the Merithew Homestead; northerly and southerly by lands of Clerk C. Andrews; westerly by the school house premises, containing about 1 acre of land more or less. Excepting and reserving from the above described premises all that portion thereof which lies to the south of the highway which runs through said premises and to the east of a line of trees, which runs at right angles from said highway. Being the same premises conveyed to the first parties hereto by Arthur Griswold by deed recorded in Liber 432 of deeds at page 67." Sold subject to all terms and conditions contained in said judgment and terms of sale. The sale and transfer of said premises will be subject to easements, covenants and restrictions of record; violations, zoning regulations and ordinances of the City of Oneonta, county of Otsego, in which the premises lie, existing leases, tenancies and occupancies; all real property taxes, assessments, water and pollution control charges; the right of redemption of the United States of America, if any; and any state of facts that an accurate instrument survey and inspection of the premises would disclose. The Premises are more commonly known as 518 Upper Green Street, Otego, New York 13825. Approximate amount due Plaintiff as per judgment $27,889.02, plus interest; costs and allowances of $947.70, together with the expenses of the sale; unpaid real estate taxers plus penalties, unpaid water and sewer rental charges, if any, and attorney's fees.
