NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause requests an order vacating the Non-Commercial Disposal Well Permit for the West Short Junction Unit No. 1903 Well issued under UIC Permit No. 1508350034 for a well to be located in the NW/4 SE/4 SE/4 NE/4 of Section 22, Township 10 North, Range 4 West, Cleveland County, Oklahoma; and, ordering a protested hearing in Application No. 1508350034 for the purpose of the presentation of exhibits, testimony and argument on the issue of the approval of such well; and/or, the modification of the requested relief in that Cause. Further, Applicant may request that said Order be made effective on a date prior to its signing. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 22nd day of July, 2015, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
