Rockford, Tulsa, OK 74105, has applied for a permit expansion to their existing permit from the Department of Natural Resources, Land Reclamation Program, to mine Limestone on an additional 37 acre(s) of land for a total of 140 acre(s) located at Jasper County Quarry site, in Jasper County, Section(s) 34, Township(s) 28 N Range(s) 32 W. This(ese) operation(s) will be conducted during the approximate dates of 1/1/2016 to 10/15/2064. Written comments or a request for an informal public meeting may be made by any person with a direct, personal interest in one or more of the factors that the Staff Director may consider in issuing a permit, as required by The Land Reclamation Act, sections 444.760 to 444.790 RSMo.
