Please take notice that an application for a variance in accordance with the Worcester Land Use Regulations has been made by David Cox and Wenda Habenicht for their residence located at 293 County Highway 40, Worcester, NY. They are proposing building a workshop/art studio at their residence and lack the rear-yard setback required in Worcester's land use regulations. A hearing for said permit will be held at the Worcester Town Building, 29 Katie Lane, Worcester, NY 12197 on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 7:00 pm to hear those in favor of or opposition of said permit.
