BID INVITATION THE Cullman County Commission will be receiving bids until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2016, in Room 105 of the Cullman County Courthouse, Cullman, Alabama for a fireworks display for the 4th of July Celebration at Smith Lake Park. Specifications may be obtained at the Cullman County Commission Office, 500 2nd Ave. SW, Room 105, Cullman, Alabama. All bids must comply with State of Alabama bid requirements. The Cullman County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any formality in the bidding.
