SAGE, a/k/a GENEVIEVE SAGE, Deceased, that JAMES EDWARD SAGE, SR. has previously produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Probate of Foreign Will, and having attached thereto a certified copy of the Last Will and Testament of Genevieve Rue Sage dated the 2nd day of June, 1978, and a certified copy of the Order Admitting Will to Probate as a Muniment of Title entered in the domiciliary probate proceedings, all as issued by the Court having jurisdiction of the domiciliary probate proceedings. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said Petitioner prays that an Order be entered distributing all property subject to the jurisdiction of this Court in accordance with the Petition for Probate of Foreign Will filed herein and the Last Will and Testament admitted by the Order Admitting Will to Probate as a Muniment of Title filed in the Genevieve Rue Sage domiciliary probate proceedings and entered by the Court having jurisdiction of the domiciliary probate proceedings; and that on the 28th day of July, 2015, at 10:00 A.M., the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of Stephens County, Oklahoma, and that an Order distributing property subject to the jurisdiction of this Court will be entered in accordance with the documents from the domiciliary probate proceedings unless a written objection is filed prior to said date and time, by an interested party or creditor of the Decedent. You may refer to the Petition, the exhibits attached thereto, and other instruments on file in this cause for further particulars.
