Maddox, deceased, that on the 7th day of May, 2015, Rex Maddox produced and filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Max A. Maddox, deceased, and also filed in said Court his Petition praying for the Probate of the Will and asking that Letters Testamentary issue to him as Executor of the estate.
