PUBLIC NOTICE New York State CDBG-DR Application Available Review The Town of Prattsville announces that it intends to submit an application for New York State Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program funds on or about June 18, 2015 for the following project: Land Acquisition, Infrastructure Extension, and Regional Health Care Facility Project Activity: New York State CDBG-DR funds will be used to conduct acquisition of two properties, improve water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and access road infrastructure, and construct a regional health care facility on a site adjacent to Washington Street, in Prattsville, NY. Objective: To provide a primary health care facility in the Town of Prattsville. Location: Washington Street, Prattsville, NY Amount: Acquisition&Public Facilities and Improvements; $3,000,000.00.
