NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HUDSON OAKS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #1 Notice is hereby given that the City of Hudson Oaks will hold Public Hearings on an ordinance reviewing classifications for the methods of assessing special benefits for the services and improvements of property in the Hudson Oaks Public Improvement District #1 (District); approving, adopting, and filing with the City Secretary the Assessment Roll; levying 2015 assessments for the cost of certain services and/or improvements to be provided in the District; fixing charges and liens against the property in the District and against the owners thereof; providing for collection of the assessment; providing severability clause; and providing an effective date. The Public Hearing regarding above proposed ordinance is Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will be at Hudson Oaks City Hall, 210 N. Lakeshore Drive, Hudson Oaks, Texas, 76087.
