(Published in The Norman Transcript July 12, 2015, 1t) AMENDED NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a PUBLIC HEARING was held before the Planning Commission of Moore, Oklahoma on June 9, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to consider: REZONING APPLICATION NO: RZ-924 REZONING FROM: R-1 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT REZONING TO: C-1 OFFICE DISTRICT PROPOSED USE: OFFICE APPLICANT: KATHLEEN CLOSE LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A part of the NW 1/4 of Section 11, T10N, R3W. Lot One (1) and Two (2), in Block Four (4), of HIGHLAND PARK ADDITION, to Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, LESS AND EXCEPT: A strip, piece or parcel of land lying in Lot 1, in Block 4, HIGHLAND PARK ADDITION to Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Said parcel of land being described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of said Lot 1,thence East along the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 18.00 feet, thence S 01°07'17" E a distance of 140.02 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 1, thence West along said South line a distance of 3.32 feet, thence Northwesterly along said South line a distance of 38.48 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 1,thence Northeasterly along said West line a distance of 68.13 feet, thence Northerly along said West line a distance of 46.77 feet to point of beginning. After due deliberation, the Planning Commission has forwarded its recommendation to the City Council. The date on which City Council will hold a meeting to consider this rezoning application has been changed from July 6, 2015 to August 3, 2015 at 6:30p.m. Any person wishing to appear in support or opposition to the proposed change may do so in the City Council Chambers, 301 North Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma. Protest against such change in zoning shall be filed at least three (3) days before the date of the City Council hearing.
