Hayes; Occupant of; City of Danville; Vermilion County Clerk; and all other persons/entities UNKNOWN having or claiming any right, interest or title in the following described real estate: Lot 9 in Eastwood Addition to the City of Danville, Illinois, as shown by Plat thereof recorded in Plat Record 7, page 188 in the Recorder's Office of Vermilion County, situated in the County of Vermilion and the State of Illinois. Permanent Index No. 23-04-411-009-0040 On July 7, 2015, American IRA LLC FBO Kenneth Glidden IRA-W60488 filed a Petition for Order of Tax Deed. The object of the plaintiff's petition is to foreclose on the Tax Sale Certificate No. 110371 for the delinquent taxes on real estate described above which was issued by the Vermilion County Treasurer on November 13, 2012. The taxes due under the certificate are for the 2011 tax year. The petition asks the court to direct the county clerk to issue a tax deed if the property is not redeemed from the sale on or before November 13, 2015, and that Petitioner, as grantee of tax deed be put in possession of said parcel of real estate. The Petition for Order of Tax Deed will be brought before the Vermilion County Circuit Court on December 4, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom TBD.
