No. PG-2013-273N NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY PRIVATE SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in pursuance of an Order of the District Court of the County of Cleveland, State of Oklahoma, made on the 16th day of July, 2015, in the matter of the Guardianship of Linda Poyner, also known as Linda J. Poyner, an incapacitated person, Donald W. Knop and Mary Knop the Guardians of the person and estate of Linda Poyner, an incapacitated person, will sell at private sale to the highest bidder for cash, subject to confirmation of said District Court, on or after the 5th day of August, 2015, at 5:00 oclock p.m., at Oklahoma City, in said County of Cleveland, all the right, title, interest, and estate of the said Linda Poyner, also known as Linda J. Poyner, and all right, title, and interest that the said guardianship estate has, by operation of law, or otherwise, acquired in and to all of that certain real property and premises and personal property situated in Clay & Overton Counties, State of Tennessee, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lying and being in the 3rd Civil District of Clay County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Tract No. 2: BEGINNING at a telephone pole at the South r.o.w. of Mill Creek Road, the Northwest corner of this Tract, and the Northeast corner of Tract 2; Thence leaving the boundary of Tract 2, and with the r.o.w.
