____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PONTOTOC COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA   UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting through the Rural Housing Service, or its successor agency, United States Department of Agriculture; Plaintiff, v. JANET L. OWENS, a single person; COUNTY TREASURER OF PONTOTOC COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA; and BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PONTOTOC COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, Defendants.   Case No. CJ-2015-80 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION   THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: JANET L. OWENS. YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, as Plaintiff, has filed in the District Court of Pontotoc County, State of Oklahoma, in the above cause, for judgment against the Defendant, JANET L. OWENS, and to foreclose its lien against the following described property, to-wit: Tract #1: A part of the NE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 5 North, Range 4 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the NE corner of said Section 27, Township 5 North, Range 4 East; Thence South 00º01’ East a distance of 330.0 feet; Thence North 89º45’ West a distance of 132.0 feet; Thence North 00º01’ West a distance of 330.0 feet; Thence South 89º45’ East a distance of 132.0 feet to the point of beginning. And, Tract #2: A part of the NE1/4 of Section 27, Township 5 North, Range 4 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginninat the the NE corner of said Section 27, Township 5 North, Range 4 East; Thence North 89º45’ West a distance of 132.0 feet to the point of beginning; Thence South 00º01’ East a distance of 330.0 feet; Thence North 00º01’ West a distance of 330.0 feet; Thence South 89º45’ East a distance of 132.0 feet to the point of beginning, and further alleging that the remaining Defendants, may claim some right, title or interest in the above described property, which interests are junior and inferior to Plaintiff’s first mortgage lien. The action alleges that the Defendant, JANET L. OWENS, has defaulted on a certain promissory note and mortgage, and the Plaintiff has a security interest in said above described property. NOW, THEREFORE, you and each of you are notified that you have been sued in this action and that you must answer the petition filed herein by the Plaintiff on or before the 8th day of SEPTEMBER, 2015, or said petition, and the allegations contained therein, will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you in favor of the Plaintiff, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, all as more particular set out in the petition.
