NOTICE OF SHERIFFS SALE By virtue of a certain Order of Sale issued by the 43rd Judicial District Court of Parker County, Texas on the 25th day of June 2015, in a certain cause numbered CV14-1839 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF11, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006- FF11. is the Plaintiff, and Linda Skinner and Herman Skinner is the Defendant, in favor of said Plaintiff, for the sum of 240,030.07, together with all costs of suit, that being the judgment recovered by said Plaintiff on the 12th day of June 2013. I, Deputy Christopher Woodrum for Larry Fowler, Sheriff of Parker County Texas, on the 7th day of July 2015 at 1056 hrs have levied upon and will on the 1st day of September 2015 at 10:00am, at the Courthouse Door of the District Court Building 117 Fort Worth Highway, in the City of Weatherford, that being the location designated by the County Commissioner, within legal hours, proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder, all of the right, title, and interest of the Defendant in and all to the following described property, levied upon as the property subject to the Order of Sale to wit: 141 South Longhorn Drive, Weatherford, Texas 76085 Tract 32, the Homestead, a subdivision in Parker County, Texas according the Plat recorded in volume 361A, Page 63, Plat Records, Parker County, Texas The above sale to be made by me to satisfy or partially satisfy the above described judgment for 240,030.07 dollars in favor of the Plaintiff, together with the costs of said suit and the proceeds applied to the satisfaction or partial satisfaction thereof.
