NOTICE MORRIS FIRE DISTRICT RESOLUTION DATED July 21, 2015 FOR PURCHASE OF A NEW RADIO SYSTEM AND NEW AIR PAKS BY THE MORRIS FIRE DISTRICT OF NOT MORE THAN $ 83,000.00 AND TO APPROPRIATE NOT MORE THAN $ 83,000.00 FROM THE EQUIPMENT RESERVE FUND OF SAID DISTRICT FOR A NEW RADIO SYSTEM AND NEW AIR PAKS. At the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Morris Fire District held at the Firehouse at 117 Main Street, Morris, New York on the 21st day of July, 2015, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1.The purchase of a new radio system and new air paks for the Fire District are hereby authorized at a total estimated maximum cost of not more than $83,000.00. 2.There shall be appropriated out of the capital reserve fund designated 'Equipment Reserve Fund"of said District the sum of not to exceed Eighty Three Thousand Dollars ($83,000.00 ) to be applied toward the purchase of a new radio system and new air paks. That the cost whereof may be properly financed from said "Equipment Reserve Fund." 3.Upon said resolution becoming effective as set forth below and upon delivery of said new radio system and new air paks to the District and the presentation of a proper voucher for the purchase price therefore, the Treasurer of the District be and hereby is authorized and directed to make payment out of the capital reserve fund designated "Equipment Reserve Fund" of said sum not to exceed Eighty Three Thousand Dollars ($ 83,000.00) to finance the cost of the new radio system and new air paks. It is thereupon moved and seconded that the said resolution authorizing appropriation of as much as Eighty Three Thousand Dollars ($ 83,000.00) from the Equipment Reserve Fund to purchase a new radio system and new air paks be adopted. The secretary thereupon called the roll, the respective members voting as indicated opposite their names: Barry Frederick, Chairman For Robert Thomas, Secretary For Ronald Miller, Commissioner For Aaron Valentine, Commissioner For Henry Rehrmann, Commissioner For This resolution is subject to a Permissive Referendum under General Municipal Law Section 6-g. Notice of said resolution must be published within ten (10) working days after this resolution is passed. The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly adopted. The hearing will take place at: 6:30 PM August 18, 2015, at the Morris Fire District Firehouse 117 Main Street Morris, New York.
