West St., Westville, IL 61883) The Department of Code Enforcement has determined that a dangerous and unsafe structure is located on the above-described real estate. Said structure has in the past been used for human occupation but is now open, unoccupied and is so dilapidated and in such a state of disrepair that it constitutes an immediate and continuing hazard in the surrounding area, is unsanitary and is further dangerous, unsafe and not fit for human use such that it cannot reasonably be repaired.
