(Published In THE TIMES, Mayes County, Oklahoma August 6, 13, 2015) ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BID OPENING: 2:00 pm CENTRAL TIME August 27, 2015 The Grand River Dam Authority, hereinafter called the Owner, will receive Bids on: RFQ 19016 - Lifetime Assessment of Unit 2 Steam Turbine Valves at the Grand River Dam Authority Administrative Headquarters, located at 226 W. Dwain Willis Ave, Vinita, Oklahoma, 74301 and will be opened at 2:00 pm CT, August 27, 2015, and then publicly opened and read aloud at a designated place. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked Sealed Bid No. 19016 Lifetime Assessment of Unit 2 Steam Turbine Valves. Bids received after this time or more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before the time set for the opening of bids will not be accepted. Bids must be turned in at the above office during the time period set forth. All interested parties are invited to attend. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the highest Bid item. Each Bid shall contain a completed Non Collusion Affidavit and other documents, using the forms provided in the Request for Proposal. The Grand River Dam Authority reserves the right waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids.
