NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, on the 10th day of October 2012, MARY ANN DENSON, formerly known as MARY ANN PLOPPERT, an unmarried woman, did execute and deliver to CULLMAN SAVINGS BANK a mortgage on certain real estate hereinafter described, which mortgage appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, at Mortgage Book 1688, Page 812; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the performance of said mortgage as is provided therein, which default continues at this date, and said mortgage is subject to foreclosure. NOW THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned, acting pursuant to the power contained in the aforesaid mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the entrance door of the Cullman County Courthouse in Cullman, Alabama, within the legal hours of sale on the 31st day of August 2015, the real estate described in said mortgage, being more particularly described as: Lot Number 18 of the Arbor East Subdivision as recorded in Plat Number B97B in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama. Subject to the Restrictive Covenants of Arbor East Subdivision as recorded in Miscellaneous Book 85, Page 143.
