Ellis and wife, Donna Ellis as recorded in Volume 624, Page 114, Deed Records, Parker County, Texas (DRPCT) and being described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a 1/2 inch rebar found at the northeast corner of said Ellis Tract, also being located in the northwesterly right of way line of Bethel Road (F.M. Hwy. 1884) and being 219.4 feet west of the West line of subdivision in the name of Mrs. J. S. Harris and 619.0 feet North of the South line of the John Davis Survey; Thence South 27 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds West, along said northwesterly right of way line of said Bethel Road a distance of 112.80 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar found at the northeast corner of Country View Mobile Home Park; Thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the north line of said Mobile Home Park a distance of 409.55 feet to a 2 inch iron pipe found for the corner; Thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 100,000 feet to a 4 inch iron pipe found for corner; Thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the south line of a 10.17 acre tract of land a distance of 461.65 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 43,560 square feet of land or 1.00 acres more or less.
