NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission, (a) find and determine that it is desirable and necessary that the Commission authorize, approve, and provide for, the unitized management, operation, further development and enhanced recovery operations for the Red Fork common source of supply underlying the Mighty Mouse Red Fork Unit, pursuant to Title 52 O.S. §287.1 through 287.15, both inclusive, and all amendments thereto, covering the Red Fork common source of supply underlying the NE/4 and NE/4 SE/4 of Section 9 and the W/2 W/2 NW/4 and W/2 NW/4 SW/4 of Section 10, all in Township 18 North, Range 4 East, Payne County, Oklahoma; (b) make the order effective on a date other than the date the order is to be issued; (c) designate Applicant or some other party as Operator of the Unit. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Conservation Docket at the Corporation Commission, Eastern Regional Office, 440 South Houston, Suite 114, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127, at 8:30 a.m., on the 5th day of October, 2015, and that this Notice be published as required by law and by the Rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant's attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and telephone number.
