LIMITED PARTNERSHIP PO BOX 159 228 ABPP DR GRANT TOWN, WV 26574 Location: GRANT TOWN, MARION COUNTY Latitude: 39:33:08 Longitude: 80:10:00 Receiving Stream: UT of PAWPAW CREEK Activity: operate and maintain a treatment and disposal system and best management practices for the direct discharge of treated industrial waste from sedimentation ponds via internal Outlet 101 to the treatment system covered by WV DEP Office of Mining and Reclamation NPDES Permit No. WV0004537, with ultimate discharge to Paw Paw Creek of the Monongahela River. Also to operate and maintain treatment and disposal systems and best management practices for the direct discharge of treated storm water from sedimentation ponds via Outlets 002 and 003 into an unnamed tributary of Arnet Run, a tributary of Paw Paw Creek, a tributary of the Monongahela River. Tier 1 protection is provided for the uses specified in Title 47, Series 2, Section 6. Business conducted: This facility produces 80 MW (net) of electricity which is sold to the Monongahela Power Company. Implementation: Administrative Order No. 8852 On the basis of review of the application, the "Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a))," and the "West Virginia Legislative Rules," the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice.
